How it
works
Four steps, about three minutes of your time. The 48 hours isn't a formality — it's how long it takes to shop for and prep your order without pulling the kitchen off dinner service.

Everything below is a fixed price. No per-head maths, no quote to wait for. Want something else? Use the custom box in the form.
Send the form
Date, headcount, how many of each flavour, and anything we should know — allergies, building access, a loading dock, a fussy vegetarian.
We confirm & you pay
We reply the same day with a payment link and confirm the time. Your order is locked in once it's paid. Nothing is held without payment.
Boxed at noon
Cooked that morning, boxed, labelled and stacked. Collect from Epsom Rd, or we bring it to you. Reheating notes in the bag.

Four ways to feed a room. Every price is the same as ordering each item off our normal menu — catering is a convenience, never a markup and never a discount. All prices include GST.
Office Bento
When it needs to look good
A sealed, labelled individual box per person. Panko chicken cutlet or teriyaki or karaage, with rice, miso soup, three gyoza, edamame, marinated egg and lotus. Client lunches, board meetings, the day you're trying to impress someone.

Crispy katsu, egg salad and fried chicken between pillowy shokupan, cut into halves and packed to share. For the 10am meeting, the baby shower, the staff birthday — the times a hot lunch is the wrong answer.

Feeding everyone
Vegetarian & vegan, no surcharge
Tell us how many in the form and we'll swap them in at the same price. Tofu and mapo tofu bentos, yasai croquette donburi, vegetarian gyoza, and a fully vegetarian Party Spread that costs exactly what the standard one does.
Allergies: put them in the notes and we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't do. We cook with soy, wheat, egg, sesame and seafood in one kitchen, so we won't promise a trace-free meal we can't deliver.

The rules,
up front
All of it, before you order rather than after. If something here doesn't work for your event, say so in the form. Most things we can sort out, and we'd rather tell you now.
48 hours' notice, minimum
We shop and prep for your order specifically. Anything inside 48 hours we'll almost always have to say no to. Not to be difficult, but because two people cook everything here.
$250 minimum order
Office Donburi 10 clears it at $249.90 and we'll happily round that one up for you. Below $250 you're better off ordering from our normal menu.
Paid in full, up front
We send a payment link once we've confirmed the date. No invoices, no accounts, no deposits. Nothing is reserved until it's paid.
12:00 or 12:30 only
Two windows, so the kitchen can prep your order properly before dinner service starts. If you need a different time, ask, but the answer is usually one of these two.
Changes up to 48 hours out
Numbers, flavours, vegetarian counts, all changeable right up to the 48-hour mark. After that the shopping is done and the answer is no.
Cancellations
Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours ahead. Inside 48 hours the food is bought and prepped, so we can't refund it. We'll always box it up for you to collect.
Catering only through this page
These packages aren't on Uber Eats or DoorDash and never will be. Ordering here means the whole price stays with the family that cooks it.
Reheating
Hot food leaves the kitchen hot and holds about an hour. Longer than that, everything reheats fine. Instructions go in the bag, written once by the chef.
